Role:
Matt joined Bango as Chief Financial Officer in March 2021. He leads the finance team with responsibility for ensuring robust financial systems are in place to underpin Bango’s growth. Supporting the growth of our partners, Matt is responsible for mid and long term strategic financial planning.
Experience:
Matt has a wealth of international experience managing hi-tech businesses. Previously at Global Invacom Group Limited, a manufacturer and designer of satellite ground equipment, Matt led the successful IPO of the business on AIM and the continuing listing on the mainboard in Singapore, a world first dual listing. He also drove the acquisition and integration of five companies. Prior to Global Invacom, he was in financial leadership roles at the Amphenol Corporation and at Simrad, part of the Kongsberg Group, where he also served as a director for local entities. Holding an Honours degree in Law from the University of Liverpool, Matt has been certified as an Associate Chartered Management Accountant since 1996.
