The document is available to view on the Bango website https://bango.com/investor/. The AGM will be held at 14:00 on Wednesday, 26 May 2021 at Clayton Hotel, 27-29 Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2FB. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the UK Government's restrictions and guidance on public gatherings and social distancing, the AGM will be a closed meeting and held with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders present to conduct the business of the meeting. All other shareholders are currently prohibited from attending and will be refused entry to the meeting. Proxies (other than the Chair of the meeting) will not be allowed to attend the meeting and the Directors strongly encourage shareholders to vote by appointing the Chair of the meeting as their proxy in order to have their votes counted. All valid proxy votes on the proposed resolutions will be included in the votes to be taken at the meeting. The results of the AGM will be announced in the normal manner as soon as practicable following the AGM. Shareholders are invited to call in to the AGM to listen to proceedings of the meeting.
