FY25 marks a clear step forward. The business has reached a financial inflection point, with the platform now delivering improved cash generation, stronger margins and growing recurring revenues.

At the centre of this progress is the Digital Vending Machine® (DVM™). As adoption accelerates, Bango is strengthening its position at the heart of the bundle economy, connecting subscription services with distribution partners at global scale.

The introduction of segmental reporting also provides greater clarity. Investors can now clearly see the two parts of the model: a cash-generative Payments business and a high-growth Subscriptions platform, each playing a distinct role in driving long-term value.
