Founded in 1999 with a disruptive idea and global ambitions, Bango has grown significantly over the past 20+ years. Ray Anderson (now Executive Chair) and Anil Malhotra (now Chief Marketing Officer) started the business on the back of the prediction that consumers using mobile phones to access the internet and would stimulate ‘mobile commerce’ and set out to create infrastructure to enable this.
